Qwela is not the official WhatsApp Business API and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. It connects your number as a linked device, so WhatsApp can restrict a number that sends unwanted or bulk messages. It works best for notifications and conversations with people who expect to hear from you.

Which numbers can I use? expand_more

Any number that has WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. You link it from the phone, and it stays your number.

Can I send bulk marketing? expand_more

No. Qwela is meant for notifications, alerts and conversations with people who expect to hear from you. Spam gets numbers restricted, and accounts that spam are suspended.

What happens when my plan ends? expand_more

The API stops sending until you pay again. Your data and your WhatsApp link stay in place, so you can pick up where you left off.

Do you read my messages? expand_more

Messages are stored so you can see them in your log and are deleted after 30 days. We do not sell data or use it for ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
